5 Super Bowl Foods I Will Be Making This Weekend

Good morning! A happy February and a happy Wednesday to you! Although I could care a less about the actual game I love party food. Dips, chips, comfort food and junk food are all on my list of foods to enjoy during the Superbowl weekend.

Pimento Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

As I will be watching the Super Bowl at home this year with my husband I will have to scale things back but rest assured I will be using this game as an excuse to eat things I do not normally eat. Here are the 5 Super Bowl Foods I will be enjoying this weekend.

30 Minute Soft Pretzel Nuggets

I made these 30 Minute Soft Pretzel Nuggets last year and liked them so much I think I will make them again this year.

When I go out for Mexican food I typically skip the meal and go overboard eating Queso Bean dip and chips. This year I will be trying this recipe for Easy Restaurant Style White Queso Blanco from The Cookie Rookie on Sunday.

I think on Saturday, which is the Super Bowl pre-game day, (at least in my house), I will  make this Artichoke Roasted Garlic Dip from Wonky Wonderful

Charcuterie Board

Charcuterie board is the perfect accompaniment to any party because you can make it for one or for a crowd.

And last but not least a little something sweet. I personally love your everyday ordinary cereal treat because they easy to make and they taste great. These Double Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats are my go to picnic, party treat.

Now, if you want to expend a little more energy you could whip up a pan of these Classic Fudge Brownies.

What are your plans for the "big game" are you a football fan? Or are you like me and you enjoy the day for the camaraderie and the food?

I hope that you have a fabulous day!

  1. Oh I want to come to your house, everything sounds so yummy! Have a wonderful week.

  2. Oh yum! I have a feeling that you are going to have a lot of "pop overs" after publishing this! Would time should I come over?

  3. I WILL BE IN THE GARDEN.................NO TV FOR ME!

  4. Those dessert treats look tempting!

I don't like football, so I never watch the game. I'll be out most of the day, probably come home and read in the evening.
