Scalloped Plated Williams Sonoma

Good morning! How was your weekend? Mine was a washout, I guess I missed the forecast where they mentioned rain for a week. I did manage one walk between the raindrops, and the rest of the time was spent perusing Pinterest and reading.

Mackenzie Child's

Lately I have noticed that scallops, or fish scales as some people refer to them, are everywhere. They are on platescookie cutters, and iconic Madeline's

There are  scallops on bedding on pillows, tables and even candles.

You can even add a few scallops to your wardrobe with sandalsdresses

I personally love the scallop details, it makes even a plain shirt or bedding look a little dressy and more elegant.

Are you a fan of scallops in the house or garden or do you prefer your scallops in the kitchen and for dinner?

I hope that you have a great day. More rain, heavy winds and grey weather here so I will batten down the hatches and stay home.

  1. Admittedly I'm not a fan of seafood, so I'd avoid the food version of scallops.
