Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake Brownies

Good morning! Did you have a good weekend? Did you watch the Super Bowl? I didn't watch but but I did eat some scrumptious food.

I have mentioned on more than one occasion that I think homemade gifts for family and friends are always a great idea and they are always appreciated. This weekend I made a batch of Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake Brownies from one of my favorite cookbooks, Extreme Brownies by Connie Weis. I have made so many recipes form this book but this is my first time making the Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake Bars.

These brownies are scrumptious, they are fudgy, sweet and a little tart from the homemade raspberry jam. They are a little time consuming but I promise that they are worth it and your friends and family will love them especially if you make them for Valentines Day!

I made one tiny change to the recipe, instead of piping lines of the jam over the cheesecake filling I piped dots and then pulled a toothpick thru it to make a heart shape for Valentines Day, of course you can make the raspberry design whichever way you like.

If you would like to make these brownies for your family click here for the recipe.

Have a great day!

  2. Yum! I love brownies. Nope, didn't watch. So glad I don't have to listen to football in the background anymore.
