And that's not even counting the concern for family and friends. But you have given some wise and practical suggestions and I am definitely going to resume my winter morning cups of hot chocolate. Who says I can't drink it now that spring has arrived, right? My dachshunds would be happy to snuggle a while longer with me for that. <br /><br />My youngest sister never misses her yoga class and I know she must be missing it now. We are well-isolated, so I know it isn't the virus.<br />I have been skyping and facetiming with friends and family, especially those who are alone. I'm isolated in a family unit, which is quite different. That said, one friend is in a 200-square-foot studio in Paris with her two-year-old. That's tough. I'd love to take her in, but she's too far.<br />I do read the news, constantly, but I stick to what Dr. Fauci and the WHO are saying, not self-appointed experts. I don't feel like I am laying there anxious about things most nights...I just toss and turn, my mind cannot shut off and then I wake up multiple times per night.
